5 Easy and Healthy ways to help for a better Lifestyle during RMO

I'm sure most of us might keep on scrolling our phones, laptops or even watching TV to reduce our boredom during the RMO.


We should make our lifestyle healthier especially our eyesight during the RMO cause I'm sure you would not be happy when your friends or colleague tell you something like "Wah... What happen? Why you so round edi with a bad eyesight?" 

So, let me share this easiest 5 ways that could help us to have a better eyesight and lifestyle during this RMO.

1. Go Offline

Digital technology really will hurt our vision if we scroll it for so long. So, why don't we try to take up the go offline challenge?


Let us put our technology device aside for few hours (or for a day better), read book or have a casual talk with family change your life that day. 

2. Stay fit

Sweating is important for us other than keep in shape, it do help our focusing skills too.


Stay fit doesn't mean we must hit to the gym. We can stay fit by doing some house chores or check out some simple work out video from YouTube channel.

3. Healthy Food

It is normal if we snacking most of the time as when someone feels boring, our mouth just wanna chew on something.


So, why not we make some healthy snacks with nuts where at least, we are snacking healthily. 

4. The 20-20-20 Rules

When we are too focus on work no matter scrolling on mobile phones or doing our paperwork, our vision might be tired and were indirectly hurt without knowing.


So, we can try out this simple eye workout to help our vision to be better. After working for 20 mins, we just have to look something that 20 feet away for 20 seconds. 

TIPS: Looking something greenery can relax our eyesight too.

5. Hygiene Matters

Yes! You got it right. The most important thing during the RMO is our hygiene. 


All we have to do is just wash our hands with soap often and dry it with clean towel. This can avoid our face and eyes being infected by unseen virus when we touched our face with our dirty hands.


These are the few most direct and easy ways that can help us to have better eyesight, as well as a better lifestyle.

Although it seems very easy, but trust me. When you about to take up the challenge, it is hard for us to get away from things that attracting our attention. Why don't we make this practice more exciting?

We can keep on track on our to do's pf the day. Or else, you have to punish yourself with the punishment you wrote by yourself.
