Here are some facts that you have to know about the food of the day (#fotd)

An egg have about 6 grams of high quality of protein where it contains essential vitamins and minerals that we need for a healthy diet.

It is a fun way to know how to differentiate the types of cooked or raw eggs by just spin it. If it do spin, it is a hard boiled egg. If it doesn't spin, means it's raw ones. Try it!

It can be a sunny side up, fluffy scramble eggs, luxuriously pouched egg, simple fried egg, or even a hard boiled egg. What matters is the ways and days that you are serving it.

That hens can lay eggs too without mating? This is because hens actually can produce eggs naturally without mating once every 24 to 27 hours. This is where vegans able to consume the eggs that without mating due to certain of believing.

Well, during this time being, I get to know about this organic Tibetan fruit that are rich with nutrients that can help in boosting our immune system. Let me share some facts about this Tibetan Seaberry.
This well known "holy fruit" from Tibet that was being use centuries-old medical tests in Tibet and China. This fruit was being call as Sea buckthorn or Seaberry that rich with complex omegas where it can help us in skin conditions, supports healthy tissues, promotes heart health and boosting immune system.
