No matter how good or how bad your 2019 is, it is time for us to fill up our 2020 New Year Resolution. I understand that it is easy for us to have a bucket of new year resolution list, but it is hard for us to keep them.

The meaning of Goals and Resolutions are different even though these words may lead us to the meaning of success that we achieved in the end of our story.
Goal is a specific achievement that we wanna take up in our life. For example, take up a new language class that we interested in learning.
Whereas Resolutions is a permanent changes in our life after you achieve your Goal. For example, you can earn for a living for the new language that you have learned full time.

It is not as hard as we imagine to achieve our resolutions because all we need to do is just take up  simple, yet realistic goals. Let me share with you what are my simple, yet realistic goals and how I would  achieve it this year.

WHAT ARE MY 5 NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS?

1. Get Healthier 

Everyone want to be healthy no matter in the term of physically or mentally. I want to sweat more like I used to be. Do you know that walk more stairs can help us on weight loss? Let us walk more on stairs to help us to reduce fats in us while looking good.

More veggies on my plate is normal as I lived with my vegan relatives at KL (though I still consume meat, but not at home and consume in very small amount). Simple home cook dish might not cost us much, but we can make it looks like very grand that can boost our satisfaction while saving.

Besides, let me share with you an extra secret of mine. I usually budget myself not to spend more than RM10 per day even during weekdays lunch hour. Although it is tough, but it really make us save a lot.

2. Read More(and more) Books.

I realize that I often buy books where the title of the book hits me hard, but the book will still remain new with plastic on few months (or years) later. So, my next resolution of the year would be less in buying, but more reading. I will read at least a chapter of a book every night before go for bed.

Do you know that reading books can improve our memories and leaning something new from masters? Besides, I'm sure reading do help us in writing and grammar as I have to polish my writing skills.

Although I know reading online is not a bad idea after all, but could you make sure that you will not scroll around on other social media or watching movies at Netflix? It is a test for Gen Y for not to scroll around when they can online. Do you agree with me?

3. Exploring New Hobbies

Other than picking up my Japanese language that I've stopped in the middle few years back, I will make some dance covers for various types of songs that I love too. This is because after a performance with a colleague during company's annual dinner last year, I realized that I shouldn't put away my choreography life. So, will practice more and put on a show no matter who are my audience.

We can learn as much as we want to with no cost at YouTube channel or any other online website. We can take our time to practice more except if you would like to be a professional, it would be better to take up a class that can certify your professionalism. Besides, while exploring new hobbies, we have to remember that consistency is very important on learning too.

4. Travel More

Last year was my first time travel out from Malaysia. Though is only to Hatyai, Thailand, but the feeling was amazing and make my life colorful. Besides, researchers found that women who love to travel have a lower heart attack risk, by boosting their happiness. So, travel more can make me happy.

I understand that travelling can be fun, but make us headache on the other hand because of travel budget issue. No worries, dear. Let me remind you that travelling is not only mean to have a holiday at other country, but a holiday to somewhere that can make you relax mentally. So, why not we travel locally to somewhere we have not been before within Malaysia? Except you have traveled and very familiar with the whole 14 states of Malaysia, then I unable to give any further advise on this matter.

5. Above all, SAVE MORE.

Yeap, realistic enough. Everything that we wanna take up do have their own price. No worries, I've  shared with you on my personal point of view of saving that works for me  of every resolution of mine earlier.

Bonus: My extra savings secret was to save a certain amount that I've set for the year. For example, whenever I have RM5 on hand, I will just put it aside and save it no matter what happens. Trust me,  in the end of the day, you will be surprise on how much you saved unexpectedly. Just give a try.

WHEN TO START?

Well, I've already started before the year 2020 arrive xD Just that I have to maintain and be more consistent in my schedule of my habits to achieve my goals of the day, and resolutions of my lifetime.

HOW TO START?

Dream big and dare yourself to achieve the resolutions of your 2020. How?


1. Break down the big dreams with small steps that you can work on it. 
Cut off the your bad habits like how I control myself on giving excuses. Practice more no matter how slow you pick up the skills. Just have to make sure that we consistent in progressing and enjoy the growing moment.

2. Self accountability 
Because I've committed myself through written and verbal promises to people that I don't want to let down, I have to work on it no matter what. If you find yourself hard to committed to yourself, find someone that accountable to give you a push then.

3. Appreciate on what you do
Everyone is perfectly imperfect. Therefore, don't be a perfectionist where it might kills you mentally. If you failed few times when you are trying, figure out how to improve it, not ignore it. Give yourself a break if you want to, but not quit. Treat yourself something you like having a sweet treat. Practice makes perfect and everything will be okay in the end.

Well, these are my New Year Resolution for the year 2020. I hope my personal sharing on my new year resolutions and tips on how to achieve it gives you an idea on how you manage your resolution list.

Today's story is just a small sharing. When I was young, I know love is everywhere no matter is from earth,sea,sky or whatever, love is just by your side most of the time. After the bad day for me, I finally know and understand what does love form home means to me.

I'm 22 years old this year, except I was being taking care by my mom and the elders, even my younger cousins also gave much care to me. The youngest cousin I have is 7 years old and the eldest cousin I have is the 21 years old (still younger than me ^^''). Today is a family cooking day. My youngest cousin cook rice yet the eldest cook dishes including soup of the day. I have another cousin, 15 years old, will be the assistant and do cleaning after having meal. I am just a happy kid. ^@^

Hi hi lovelies,just a little sharing I had today.

Today my aunt keep calling my mom to bring me out to eat cause I can do sharing in blog ^^'' . Well,all my mom did is just cook an instant abalone noodle for me to eat (my family want me get fat also).

When I was young, my mom keep cooking the tastiest dish for me and younger brother to eat. Both of us feel wanna hide when my mom heard someone say both of us very skinny. Other than cooking, my mom will bring two of us to eat more at restaurants (so that we can get fat).

I get to know more about my mom nowadays. My cousin and Mr Chooi do told me that my mom is strong enough when I met the accident. My mom take care of me for 101%. She never leave me alone during I was admitted to hospital and even till now. My mom keep on thinking ways to help me no matter what it takes.

All I can say is I am lucky enough. Thank you mom and all my family members that love me so much even though I am facing the hardest time in my life. Lovelies also need to love the people that care and love you guys because they are the one who makes you becomes you today.

Hi foodies! Nice to see you guys reading me again. (^@^)

Well well well... it's already 1 month after the last post I've done. I am doing great nowadays. Enough rest, enough food and even did some exercise to help my body to be more strong (easy and light ones of course ^.^'' )

I went for final check up last week to know can I back to KL and start living like normal. Well, after x-ray (I can see my own bone and screws in my body @.@), doctor say I am totally in well condition as early as they expect. BUT... doctor gave me 1 more month MC cause my back bone need more rest (even the doctor question me a lot and give me a lot advise).

There is nothing much I can do, but well... I maybe can just share any stories with you guys that I might having in future. My family support me so much as they know I do blogging and talk about foods (they even ask "Do you want to go any restaurant to share in your blog now?"). Million thanks for my family that care and support me so much.

Well, maybe this is a chance for me too. A chance for me to know am I really interested in online entrepreneurship (at least a back up plan if my boss don't want me anymore). Maybe is a path for me to explore and understand more in this field. I will not regret in anything I have done.

Hello guys.... I am terribly sorry for everyone waited my latest update here as I have many true story happening nowadays. I hope everyone is already well prepared even though I will post some food picture here too but at first, let me tell you guys the story happened to me.

A dream at hospital, I saw many people walking around and saw mom seat beside me and call me not to be a naughty girl, just eat and play my toys. I have dreamed this scenery few times that I was at hospital with mom and Mr Chooi as well. On the last day, we are travelling to somewhere else for holiday as well. After a while we reach to a small home and I was released freely with my mom and Mr Chooi to live in.

Few days living at home, my mom and Mr Chooi bring me to somewhere else. Once we reached, " Oh, it's another hospital to play again?" that's what I said. After settle down, me, mom and Mr Chooi need to move in to this hospital and stay for play time. As time flies, everything make my mind more clear. THIS IS REAL LIFE STORY!

I met serious car accident. All I remembered are on the last working day of August (28/8/2015), I will be going back to Sitiawan,Perak hometown for few days break after working in the morning. After I busy my working life, finally need to prepare back KL home and then my Sitiawan hometown too. Then the story stared. I was admitted to ICU in Teluk Intan hospital. I coma for a week and when I awake, my mind worked like kids. After doctor's examination, I can be released and back to my hometown. When I reached home, my mom plan another stay in private hospital after few days we at home.

I only remember everything for nowadays as I saw many emails and text messages calling me to recover soon. Then I only realize the story is about me from the start.I am terribly sorry for the mess and thank you everyone that pray for me, wish me and visited me when I was in hospital. I am having back bone operation, right eye to open and many small injuries.

I had met accident, coma and everything also drag almost 1 month time. I know this is not the end. I will make myself stronger to face everything I need to face and no worries about job side. I am lucky enough to attend previous entrepreneur class. We will meet up soon. I am really glad that I still able to update and share food pictures as I able to go out restaurant for tasting again today. Today is just the start of my life. Thank you everyone for spending your time on this blog as well. We will chat again soon. :)

PS: Sorry for letting you guys sad or disappointment when reading the blog. I will keep myself stronger to let you guys updated and myself updated for keep dating with foods.  Love you guys ya.

Hey hey lovelies and foodies... sorry for the delay on updating the blog, My lappy sick and that is why need some time for new stories.(please forgive me TT.TT ). Anyway, hope you guys have a great week, beautiful day and delicious foods.

Well well well... Last week was the final week staying in the bank. It was so hard to say goodbye though you know it's not the end (I just hate to say goodbye). Nothing special. No farewell party. No drama and no cry babies. Just a normal day because they celebrated farewell party with me once (it was long time ago as they thought I will left the bank after my contract). This time, I gave them a small thank you ticket as a memory (hope they love it and keep it).

Today was my third day in new company. I work at event industry currently and hope it treats me well. I am lucky enough that my company invited me to attend my big boss birthday dinner (kinda fancy) on my first day (I was like =O=''' SERIOUSLY?!?!?!)

Anyway, back to the topic, the dinner was totally awesome with the environment and great dishes served on the table. The dinner was held at Zender's Restaurant and Bar. They served Western European fusion dishes (chef was a French), with a distant view of the Petronas Twin Towers, custom-made cushioned chairs and elegant white statues decking out the interior. I would rate this restaurant 4/5 stars.

The dishes was awesome and it comes with appetizer, starter, dessert (I know it's weird, but it's the flow), main course and dessert (the real deal). I will name each of the dish together with the pictures below ya.

For the lovey dovey couples out there, this is a recommended restaurant where you can give your loves one some surprise during your special occasion (e.g. birthday, anniversary, Valentine's day, etc) because the environment here during night (after 7 p.m.) was kinda romantic (my opinion la). For the price, I was being told the meal cost around RM 250++ per pax (estimation and assumption only because not I pay ma).

This was just a small review and sharing about the food I had yo... It doesn't mean I'm doing anything publicity for the restaurant. Good or no good, you guys give a try and share with me too ya. This is where my food-venture stories begins because there will be more food stories coming up (I hope so). Therefore, must keep on eye at my blog ya. XD
